Enquiry Phase
During This phase the customer enquires about the Tally enterprise solution. He gets the information by talking to the sales person or browsing the website www.tallyerp.com .
Even after browsing the website the customer talks to the front desk where the experiences sales person clarifies the callers doubts and gives clarification to his specific queries on the solution. During this phase of discussion the front desk sales person tries to know the broad level functionality the company requires, the no. of locations & factories, the nature of business and product/services they deal in. The basic details are noted down.
Know each other phase.
Based on the above details the caller/customer is asked to send RFQ or a detailed requirement document or the sales person sends them Scoping document to be filled by the callers company.
Ultimately we know the broad requirements through RFQ or the scooping document.
During this phase the representative from both side interacts couple of time more to know each other better and sets path for possible partnering.
Top-Level Interaction and project estimation phase
The pre-sales team goes through the scooping document and call up the customer to fix up an appointment for a meeting with the top management and decision maker. The purpose of the meeting is
- Tally & Antraweb Presentation
- Tally enterprise presentation and demonstration of its capabilities
- Detailed understanding of the companies requirement
- Critical functionality (Business specifics)
- Volume of data
- Current system
- Talking about a Proposed solution
In case the customer is impressed and wants to go ahead with the solution they would ask for the project time & cost estimate.
A rough estimate of time & cost is told to the customer. If the customer agrees and wishes to go ahead, the project begins:
System Study Phase
Our Consultant visits the customer locations (HO & Factory) for System Study. He meets all functional heads & their key people. The outcome of this phase shall be a detailed system study report with the following component:
- The current system
- Proposed System
- Detailed functionality requirement
- The data flow between various locations
- Security, Control & Authorization procedures
- MIS requirements
- Usage of tools like business intelligence dashboard, Sheet magic, Mobile connect etc.
- Hardware & Network requirements
- Project Approach
- Time & effort estimate
- Cost & Payment schedule.
Project development & implementation phase
