The Tally Service Partners (TSP) are certified, high quality, dedicated Support & Service centres and are physically located within your reach/ vicinity.
The TSP extends installation, implementation, training, data migration, data support, on-site and off-site services and maintenance contracts to you. Tally clinics and workshops are conducted as per your requirements. Apart from this, TSPs provide support through mail and telephone.
A TSP will have access to the systems and processes of Tally and will be an integral part of Tally's support system.
Access to the Customer Support Centre in Tally.ERP 9 by the TSP will give visibility to customer contacts, resolutions and escalations in turn re-enforcing your confidence in our partners. This is the base for service logs and tasks. As the TSPs are aware of the issues reported to Tally support directly and solutions provided, you do not have to repeat the issues and are not duplicated. The TSP will be able to review the commitments and comments. Gaps in the implementation can be identified from the log history which gives the TSP an opportunity to offer you training and other valued services. The TSP can also access the previous interactions with you for better understanding of your needs.
With Remote Access in Tally.ERP 9, the TSP can login to the product installed at your location, diagnose remotely and resolve issues, without the need to install, configure and train you on the use of other remote desktop software. Special debug tools will assist the TSP in debugging and solving occasional issues. These tools can be executed either remotely from the TSP's office or by using the Tally.NET User login at your location.
Recognition from Tally as a TSP and visibility on the Tally website, will give the TSP a branding of an authorised service provider. As the TSP can access and share resources across members of the Tally Integrated Network (TIN), the TSP can also provide various services directly to customers as well as other partners in the network.
To become a TI or TSP, the partner has to be a member of the TIN and accept to provide (and receive) services from other partners as per Tally norms.
