| What is a Webinar? |
| |
| Webinar is the short-form for web-based seminar, a presentation, lecture, workshop or seminar that is transmitted over the web. A key feature of a webinar is its interactive elements – the ability to give, receive and discuss information. |

| What is the minimum system configuration that I need to have to attend the webinar? |
| |
Operating System: Windows 98 or higher
Processor: 400 MHz
RAM: 128 MB
Internet: Broadband with 64 Kbps speed
Browser: IE 5 or above |

| Do I need to install anything to attend the webinar? |
| |
| You will not be required to either download or install any software for attending this webinar. Only ActiveX needs to be enabled on the computer from which you will attend the webinar. Incase ActiveX is not enabled, a Java plugin will automatically get installed on the browser the first time you start Meeting Center. |

| Will I be able to access the webinar through my firewall? |
| |
WebEx Meeting centre works with port 80 or 443 TCP port. These are the ports that we usually use to access internet and hence you will be able to attend even with the firewall being enabled. |

| How do I get connected? |
| |
After confirmation and prior to the webinar, you will receive an email detailing you about the process to get connectet to the webinar. This email will contain a link for attending the webinar and also a phone number which you can dial-in to receive the audio for the webinar. |

| Do I actually see the presenter? |
| |
The webinar is a virtual seminar and it won’t be possible for you to see the presenter in this session. |

| I am busy on that day. Will I be able to attend it later? |
| |
| Yes all webinar session will get recorded and will be made available on www.tallysolutions.com for you to download later and view at leisure. Incase you want to attend a live session, there will be a webinar calendar published shortly on the Tally website. You will be also be intimated about the next session of webinar through emails. |

| Do I need to pay any money to attend the webinar? |

Currently the webinar sessions are not charged. |

| How can I invite my friend to attend the webinar? |
| |
| Presently the webinar sessions are targeted towards existing Tally customers. You will be required to submit your Tally Serial number while registering for the webinar. You can also forward the invite via email to your friends who have Tally licenses, but permitting them inside the webinar session it at the discretion of Tally India. |

| Can I view the webinar on a system with speaker so that my colleagues can also view the same? |
| |
You will be connecting to the audio of the webinar by dialing-in to a conference arranged by Tally. Incase your colleagues also want to hear to the audio session, you can dial into the conference using a phone which has a speaker. |

| What if after the webinar, I have more questions? |
| |
| After the webinar, we will touch base with you to take your inputs and also to resolve any further queries that you may have. |

| After the webinar, the presentation will be shared with all the attendees. |
