CAs are required to authenticate themselves on Tally.NET and obtain the license for their Auditors' Edition of Tally, to audit at their Client's office.
On starting Tally, CA enters the BAP Remote User Name & Password. In the backend, Tally.NET authenticates & transmits the Auditors' Edition license to the Client's Tally. The CA can then access the company data as a Remote Audit User (using main BAP user id / Sub ids) and Audit using the Tax Audit features available on the Auditors' Edition of Tally. For a CA to audit the data of the connected Company, the client should have registered the Company and authorized the CA for Audit, through Tally.NET.
