eSUITE ERP allows to create user & allocate access rights for different functional areas (say stores, accounts etc) & of different levels (store keeper, Manager etc). Each user can be restricted or Allowed to create, verify, Authorize, Alter, print, email etc a particular type of transaction. Authorization of transaction Can be allowed based on transaction value eg. Purchase officer can authorize a purchase order below USD 10000 while any amount above that can be authorized by Purchase Manager.
