    About this Position:
    • Interact with customers (Accountant & CA) on a daily basis to understand, identify and solve their Tally related problems.
    • Use communication skills to provide skillful Tally software training and implementation.
    • Provide customer support through telephonic communication, remote access as well as on-site support.
