Delivery Policy : At Antraweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd., we guarantee that all purchases made online will be delivered to you within 24 hours of payment clearance. Upon payment clearance, an email will automatically be sent to your email address containing download instructions, along with an invoice. Our representative will also call you on the provided contact number to provide installation support. We advise you to keep the invoice received in your mailbox.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation of orders will be considered only in cases where customers have made a purchase by mistake. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider cancellations in other cases and may refund in part or in full.

Refund Policy : Once products or services have been ordered, they cannot be cancelled. Goods or services that have been sold will not be accepted back by Antraweb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider accepting the return of a product or service and grant a part or full refund in such circumstances. If a refund is granted, please note that it may take 5 to 6 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original mode of payment.
