Invoices can be sent directly through Email or WhatsApp, including support for Arabic WhatsApp templates.

Default Tax Invoice Format Prescribed by Authorities
With Release 6.2, Invoice Format 2 is now set as the default invoice format, as it’s the one prescribed by GCC tax authorities.
Businesses can continue using Format 1 if preferred.
But, Format 2 ensures direct alignment with official compliance standards, minimizing the risk of rejections or mismatches during audits and submissions.
